Basketball Recap: Immaculata-La Salle's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Immaculata-La Salle extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Alexandra Gonzalez Casar. The Immaculata-La Salle Royal Lions secured a 37-31 W over the IMater Charter Knights on Tuesday thanks in part to Gonzalez Casar, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 15 rebounds. Her evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Candy Cruz, who posted six points along with ten boards and six steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in November of 2023.

Immaculata-La Salle's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for iMater Charter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Immaculata-La Salle will face off against TERRA Environmental at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Immaculata-La Salle is facing TERRA Environmental at the right time seeing as TERRA Environmental is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for iMater Charter, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Miami Beach at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
