Soccer Recap: Adirondack Comes Up Short

Adirondack fought the good fight in their overtime match against Dolgeville on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 3-2. Adirondack just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Adirondack's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Dolgeville, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Adirondack wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Herkimer on the 19th. As for Dolgeville, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on West Canada Valley at 6:30 p.m. on the 29th.
