The Sac-Joaquin Section high school football season has come to an end as all seven champions have been crowned. The seven winners will now advance to a NorCal regional bowl game.
Escalon was the lone No. 1 seed to win a title as they beat rival Hilmar. Elk Grove, a six seed, was the lowest seeded team to win.
