Basketball Recap: Western Hills Gets the Win

Western Hills's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They secured a 57-51 W over the Frankfort Panthers. The Wolverines have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

Western Hills' win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Frankfort, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Western Hills will face off against Bluegrass United at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Bluegrass United is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.9 points per game this season. As for Frankfort, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Frankfort Panthers face off against the Henry County Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
