Oscar Patino made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out 13 batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. Bethel is 3-1 when Patino posts eight or more strikeouts, but 2-9 otherwise. Arroyo kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
