Basketball Recap: Rittman Takes a Loss

Rittman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 23rd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Chippewa Chipps and fell 49-12. The Indians were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-4.

Rittman's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Chippewa, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-8.

Rittman has already played their next match (against Norwayne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Chippewa will square off against Northwestern at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Chippewa's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Northwestern has been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road.
