Baseball Recap: West Harrison Hurricanes vs. Hancock Hawks

West Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hancock Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, with their most recent loss being a 1-0 defeat on Friday.

Reece Parker was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Sandel, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

West Harrison's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Hancock, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-11.
