Basketball Recap: Voyager Academy Vikings vs. Vance Charter Knights
Voyager Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They breezed by the Vance Charter Knights to the tune of 81-54. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 27 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Voyager Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Carlos Green, who went 6 for 10 on his way to 13 points in addition to six boards and three steals.
