Baseball Recap: Spanish Springs' Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Spanish Springs came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Galena Grizzlies, falling 18-10. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Cougars have suffered against the Grizzlies since May 8, 2023.

Spanish Springs' defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-9. As for Galena, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season.
