Basketball Recap: Butler Comes Up Short

Butler has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They received a blow on Friday as they fell 60-42 to the Sidney Yellowjackets. The Aviators were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Yellowjackets earlier this season, when they won 63-52.

Butler's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Sidney, their win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3.

Butler will host Bellefontaine at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sidney, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-43 victory against Memorial on the 1st.
