Volleyball Recap: Cary Academy Wins Going Away Against Carrboro

The Cary Academy Chargers got the win against the Carrboro Jaguars on Monday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chargers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 15-8.

Deuce Ross paced Cary Academy's offense, picking up ten kills. Ross got some help from Victor He and his eight assists. He was also solid from the service line: he led the team with ten aces.

The victory got Cary Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Carrboro, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Looking ahead, Cary Academy is taking a road trip to challenge Woods Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Carrboro has already played their next match (against Orange), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
