Basketball Game Recap: Oakridge vs. Mason County Central

After losing to the Oakridge Eagles the last time they met, the Mason County Central Spartans decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Mason County Central escaped with a win last Thursday against Oakridge by the margin of a single basket last Thursday, 40-38. That was the first win for the Spartans since their win over Ravenna four weeks ago.

Mason County Central's victory brought them up to 4-11. The defeat dropped Oakridge's record to 3-11.

Mason County Central is staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Shelby. Unlike Mason County Central, Shelby will be limping in after taking a loss. Oakridge will be hunkering down at home again for their game against Ravenna on Tuesday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close matchup.
