University had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Salesian College Preparatory Pride on Wednesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Red Devils as they're now sitting on six straight.

University not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Salesian College Preparatory between 20 and 21 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-20, 25-20.

University's victory bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Salesian College Preparatory, their loss ended a six-match streak of away wins and brought them to 28-7.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. University will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Saint Mary's at 7:00 p.m. As for Salesian College Preparatory, they will take on Cardinal Newman at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
