Northeast scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 63-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southeast Lancers. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Lancers: they've now lost five in a row.

Southeast was led to victory by Drew Phillips and Tyler Warner. Phillips went 9 for 13 en route to 19 points and eight rebounds, while Warner went 7 of 12 on his way to 18 points and six boards. Warner is also crushing it when it comes to blocks: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Emery Wilbert was another key player, putting up five points and eight rebounds.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Southeast, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northeast will challenge Central Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Northeast is facing Central Heights at the right time seeing as Central Heights is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Southeast, they will face off against Pleasanton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Southeast is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.2 points per game this season.
