St. Augustine Prep is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They never let Christian Brothers Academy get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Hermits in their matchups with the Colts: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Delbarton faced DePaul Catholic in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Green Wave were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Spartans. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Green Wave considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Delbarton's victory bumped their record up to 31-3. As for St. Augustine Prep, their win bumped their record up to 23-7-1.

St. Augustine Prep got the 'W' when the teams last played back in June of 2024 against Delbarton by a conclusive 12-5 score. Do the Hermits have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Green Wave turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
