Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, the Anderson Indians couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 50-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars. Anderson was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Greenfield-Central apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2023.

Anderson's loss on Wednesday came despite strong showings from Damien King and Javon Warfield. King went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 24 points and 1 assist, while Warfield scored 15 points along with five rebounds and two blocks. Another player making a difference was Spencer Proctor, who scored three points.

Braylon Mullins continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Greenfield-Central, dropping a double-double on 26 points and ten rebounds.
