Softball Recap: Crescent City Finds Home Field Redemption Against Warner Christian Academy

There's no place like home for Crescent City, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Warner Christian Academy Eagles on Thursday as the Crescent City Raiders made off with a 28-9 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Raiders have posted since February 23, 2024.

Crescent City let Macy Stuckey and April Morales run wild. Stuckey scored four runs and stole six bases while going 3-for-4, while Morales got on base in all five of her plate appearances with six stolen bases, four runs, and four RBI. The dominant performance gave Morales a new career-high in RBI. Another player making a difference was Ayrianna Back, who scored four runs and stole six bases while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.

Crescent City's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2.
