Volleyball Recap: James Lick Takes a Loss

James Lick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Live Oak Acorns, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Acorns this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

James Lick was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring zero points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

James Lick's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Live Oak, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-6 record this season.
