Soccer Recap: Eagle Pass Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Medina Valley, Eagle Pass was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Laredo LBJ Wolves a 4-0 shutout. Considering the Eagles' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Eagle Pass' win bumped their record up to 7-5-2. As for Laredo LBJ, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-8.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Alexander the next time they take the pitch. Eagle Pass will head out to face Alexander at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Laredo LBJ will host them at 12:30 p.m. on February 8th.
