Soccer Recap: West Memphis Takes a Loss

West Memphis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Paragould Rams. That's two games in a row now that West Memphis have lost by just one goal.

West Memphis' loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Paragould, their win bumped their record up to 7-4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. West Memphis will square off against rival Batesville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Paragould is set to take on their familiar foe Greene County Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
