Basketball Recap: Merrimack Takes a Loss

Merrimack lost against Manchester Memorial back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Merrimack Tomahawks took a 72-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Manchester Memorial Crusaders.

Merrimack's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Manchester Memorial, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Merrimack will square off against Nashua North at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Merrimack is facing Nashua North at the right time seeing as Nashua North is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Manchester Memorial, they will venture away from home to face off against Trinity at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
