Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Mountain View Christian Academy

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Mountain View Christian Academy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They walked away with a 77-69 win over the Greenville Classical Academy Lions. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Mountain View Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Joshua Owens, who shot 50% from the field en route to 22 points. The dominant performance also gave Owens a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (75%). Dalton White was another key player, going 7-for-11 to rack up 16 points.

Mountain View Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Greenville Classical Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.
