Basketball Recap: Grants Takes a Loss

Grants saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell to the Del Norte Knights 59-54.

Among those leading the charge was Francois Satchivi, who went 6 of 7 en route to 19 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Lee Grant, who posted eight points and six boards.

Grants has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season. As for Del Norte, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-3.

Grants wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-53 defeat against St. Pius X on the 3rd. As for Del Norte, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 59-48 loss against Cibola on the 3rd.
