After flying high against Upper Lake last Thursday, Willits came back down to earth. The Willits Wolverines fell just short of the Fort Bragg Timberwolves by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The Wolverines have struggled against the Timberwolves recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Willits' defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Fort Bragg, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7-3 record this season.
