Meanwhile, Lynnwood played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Meadowdale, falling 34-14. The Royals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 21-0.

Lynnwood's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Annie Wright, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.

Everything came up roses for Annie Wright against Lynnwood when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 46-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Gators since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
