Butler took a 40-point defeat the last time they faced off against Woodland Hills, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Butler Golden Tornado narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Woodland Hills Wolverines 61-59. Winning may never get old, but the Golden Tornado sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Butler's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 8-3. As for Woodland Hills, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Butler will face off against Seneca Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Butler knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 matchups -- so hopefully Seneca Valley likes a good challenge. As for Woodland Hills, they will be playing at home against North Allegheny at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
