Basketball Recap: Williston Comes Up Short

Williston and St. Mary's Central squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Williston had to settle for second. They took a hard 67-50 fall against the St. Mary's Central Saints. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Saints this season, with their most recent defeat being a 70-51 loss back in February.

Williston has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. St. Mary's Central's win bumped their record up to 16-10.

As of now, neither Williston nor St. Mary's Central have any future games scheduled.
