Baseball Recap: New Braunfels Christian Academy Takes a Loss

New Braunfels Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 19-6 to the Geneva Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-3 last Tuesday.

New Braunfels Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8-1. As for Geneva, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Coincidentally, New Braunfels Christian Academy and Geneva will both be playing Holy Cross the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Wildcats will host them on Monday.
