Volleyball Game Preview: Valley View Eagles vs. Temecula Valley Golden Bears

After both having extra time off, the Valley View Eagles and the Temecula Valley Golden Bears will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Last Thursday, Valley View came up short against Orange Vista and fell 3-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Valley View couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Orange Vista a tough time in the second set. The final score came out to 24-26, 35-33, 25-21, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Temecula Valley posted their closest win since March 19, 2024 last Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past Paloma Valley 2-1.

Valley View now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Temecula Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.

Valley View might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Temecula Valley in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can Valley View avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
