Soccer Game Preview: Coudersport vs. Port Allegany

The Coudersport Falcons will head out on the road to challenge the Port Allegany Gators at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Coudersport has given up an average of 5.2 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Coudersport fell victim to Galeton and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 7-0 to the Tigers. Coudersport have struggled against Galeton recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Port Allegany might've scored the first goal on Thursday, but it was Kane who claimed the real prize. The Gators came up short against Wolves, falling 5-2. The result was nothing new for Port Allegany as the team haven't won a game since September 4th.

Port Allegany's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-1. As for Coudersport, their loss dropped their record down to 0-12.

Coudersport couldn't quite get it done against Port Allegany in their previous meeting back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Falcons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
