Soccer Recap: Summer Creek Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Summer Creek was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Humble Wildcats by a score of 2-1. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 250th, while the Wildcats are ranked 36th).

Summer Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for Humble, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Summer Creek will welcome Kingwood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Humble, they will be playing at home against Goose Creek Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
