Basketball Recap: Shoshoni Comes Up Short

Shoshoni lost against Rocky Mountain back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Shoshoni Wranglers fell to the Rocky Mountain Grizzlies 45-40. The Wranglers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cole Minchow was nothing short of spectacular for Rocky Mountain: he went 7-for-14 en route to 23 points. Minchow is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 42% in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Mason Moss, who posted five points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.

Shoshoni's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Rocky Mountain, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

Looking ahead, Shoshoni will be playing at home against Greybull at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rocky Mountain, they will venture away from home to face off against Hot Springs County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
