Byne Christian waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Peoples Baptist Academy Knights. That's more bragging rights for the Saints, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Byne Christian never let Peoples Baptist Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23.

Byne Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Peoples Baptist Academy, they moved to 3-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Byne Christian will square off against CHESS Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Peoples Baptist Academy, they will challenge Old Suwanee Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
