Football Recap: Bartlett Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bartlett and Bettye Davis East Anchorage pushed the score to 50-48 the last time they played Bettye Davis East Anchorage, but on Saturday defenses reigned supreme. The Golden Bears were just a hair shy of victory and fell 7-6 to the Thunderbirds. Despite 115 more yards than the Thunderbirds, the Golden Bears couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Tatum Pogtis threw for 152 yards and one touchdown. Colt Jardine was his top target, picking up 43 receiving yards.

Among those leading the charge was Peniamina Prince Siliato, who rushed for 94 yards and one TD.

Bartlett's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Bettye Davis East Anchorage, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.
