Kennett made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Henderson, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Kennett blew past Henderson 18-6 on Wednesday. This was payback for the Blue Demons, who suffered a 15-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Daiylia Winter was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with six RBI, three runs, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Hailey Kahrs, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4.
Kennett always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Henderson only posted an OBP of .385.
