Baseball Recap: Columbia Crimson Tide vs. Lancaster Mennonite Blazers

There's no place like home for Columbia, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They blew past the Lancaster Mennonite Blazers 8-2 on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Crimson Tide in their matchups with the Blazers: they've now won seven in a row.

Cameron McClair was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of Columbia's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is 3-1 (and 2-4 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Owen Musser, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
