Basketball Recap: North Platte Takes a Loss

North Platte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 48-22 to the Scottsbluff Bearcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bearcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 46-32 two weeks ago.

North Platte's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Scottsbluff, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-11 record this season.

North Platte didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 70-43 defeat against Gering on the 15th. As for Scottsbluff, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 56-35 win against McCook on the 15th.
