Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Western Christian). They put the hurt on the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles with a sharp 72-50 victory on Friday.

The win got Western Christian back to even at 2-2. As for Heritage Christian Academy, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Western Christian will take on Bishop Heelan Catholic in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Heritage Christian Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Twin Cities Academy/Great River at 7:00 p.m. on February 13, 2025.
