Recap: Niobrara County Tigers vs. Burns Broncs
In what's become a running theme this season, the Niobrara County Tigers gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They blew past Burns, posting a 75-47 win at home. Winning may never get old, but Niobrara County sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Despite the loss, Burns still got an impressive performance from Mason Medley, who scored 23 points along with eight rebounds. Hunter Munson was another key contributor, scoring four points along with two steals.
Niobrara County pushed their record up to 15-4 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.4 points per game. As for Burns, they are on a 19-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.
Niobrara County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 46-39 defeat vs. Southeast on the 10th. Burns has also already played their next match, a 54-41 defeat against Pine Bluffs on the 10th.
