Softball Recap: Gallatin Comes Up Short

Gallatin lost to Goodpasture Christian back in April of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Green Wave came up short against the Cougars, falling 9-3. The Green Wave have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gallatin saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lizzy Plunkett, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Gallatin's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Gallatin will square off against Portland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Goodpasture Christian, they will face off against Page at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
