Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sheldon). They blew past the Lincoln Cardinals 75-47 on Saturday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Irish as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Sheldon's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Lincoln, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sheldon will be home for the holidays to greet Gresham at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lincoln, they will welcome Sunset at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sunset knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Lincoln likes a good challenge.
