Volleyball Recap: Sunapee Comes Up Short

Sunapee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Trinity Pioneers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pioneers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Sunapee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Trinity, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sunapee is set to face off against their familiar foe Hillsboro-Deering at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Trinity will take on rival Mascenic Regional at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
