Baseball Game Preview: Henrietta Bearcats vs. Bellevue Eagles

The Henrietta Bearcats will square off against the Bellevue Eagles at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Henrietta hasn't scored more than two runs for three games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

It was a proper cat-fight when Henrietta duked it out with Jacksboro on Friday. The Bearcats fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-2.

Saint Jo hit Bellevue with a five-run fifth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles came up short against the Panthers, falling 12-2.

Bellevue saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brycen Bancroft, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Bellevue's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Henrietta, their loss dropped their record down to 10-12.
