Football Recap: Episcopal Comes Up Short

Episcopal lost against Quitman back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats had to suffer through a 65-20 loss at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-14.

Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Quitman, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Looking ahead, Episcopal will look to defend their home field on Friday against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. As for Quitman, they will challenge Mayflower at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matchups.
