Volleyball Recap: Rosemead Wins Going Away Against Compton Early College + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Rosemead rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Compton Early College Rising Phoenix.

While Rosemead won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11, 25-22.

Ava Veljacic paced Rosemead's offense, picking up 13 kills. Veljacic got some help from Giselle Han and her 21 assists. Gisele Duong controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

Rosemead pushed their record up to 7-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Compton Early College, their defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 7-8.

Looking ahead, Rosemead will take on Indian Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Compton Early College does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
