Football Recap: Clinton Cardinals vs. Pleasant Hope/Halfway
Clinton never let their opponents score on Friday. They claimed a resounding 61-0 victory over Pleasant Hope/Halfway. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 30 points or more this season.
A big part of Clinton's win came down to the chemistry between Debroski Harris and his top target Camden Westendorff. Harris gained 119 total yards and a touchdown while Westendorff threw for 151 yards and three TDs. Harris showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 57 yards.
