Volleyball Recap: Rosary Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rosary lost against Joliet Catholic back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Royals took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hilltoppers.

While Rosary ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-20.

Joliet Catholic had a senior duo take command as Katie Selinger had 20 digs and two aces and Emma Beattie had 15 assists and four aces. Those 20 digs set a new season-high mark for Selinger.

Rosary's loss dropped their record down to 5-28. As for Joliet Catholic, their victory ended a six-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-22.

As of now, neither Rosary nor the Hilltoppers have any future games scheduled.
