Volleyball Recap: Rosman Has No Trouble Against Blue Ridge Early College

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cherokee, Rosman was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Blue Ridge Early College Bobcats 3-0. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Tigers yet this season.

Rosman was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-21, 25-20.

Savannah Greene paced Rosman's offense, picking up 14 kills. Greene got some help from Kihana Sexton and her 27 assists. Greene was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Rosman's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Blue Ridge Early College, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Looking ahead, Rosman will challenge Robbinsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blue Ridge Early College, they will take on Haywood Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
