Burrillville entered their tilt with Achievement First Providence on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Falcons. This was a revenge game for the Broncos: when they faced off against the Falcons back in March, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Burrillville had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 22-25, 25-12, 25-22, 15-12.

The victory got Burrillville back to even at 7-7. As for Achievement First Providence, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-6.
