Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton blew Waterville-Elysian-Morristown out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Waterville-Elysian-Morristown got their revenge. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Buccaneers by a score of 7-5. The Bulldogs' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryleigh Donner, who scored a run while going 3-for-4. Another was Ellah Oliver, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton now has a losing record of 3-4-1. As for Waterville-Elysian-Morristown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.
